EMPLOYMENT NOTES

We have to be blunt and straight to the point on this subject.

  • When we do have vacancies we welcome skilled craftsmen who are happy to 'muck in' and work as a team while at the same time are able to operate on their own initiative
  • We are sorry to say that, at present, we are not in a position to take on apprentices or trainees with no basic skills or experience, although we do hope that this situation will change in the future.
  • We do not accept prima-donnas and over inflated egos.
  •

We are a friendly and, for the most part, easy-going outfit where team work, humour, a pride in the job and the success of the project is the name of the game.

We do from time to time require shipwrights and a few other skills to work on major projects. We currently take on personnel for each individual project and we are hoping that in the future we will be in a position to offer employment on a more permanent basis and be able to provide some advanced training.

Any job vacancies will be posted on this page and on the relative project page.

If you would like to send details of your skills and experience we will be more than happy to read your CV and keep it on file. When we are recruiting, if your skills and experience fit into the project, we will gladly contact you to discuss the prospects. Please send your details to the address shown on the Contacts Page. Thank you
